Part Time Receptionist needed for Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Clinic Job at Optimal Chiropractic and Massage Therapy
We are an established Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture Clinic in Fleetwood/Surrey. Exceptional service by our Dr’s, therapists and administration staff is an important factor in the success of our business so we are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team.
We are looking for a dependable, high energy, committed, and organized individual who has exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work individually as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Answering phone calls and answering any patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments for patients in person or on the phone
- Collecting payments from patients
- Maintaining clinic standards of cleanliness and organization
- Submitting payments through third party providers
- Communication with ICBC and WCB regarding patient claims
