Responsibilities:

Some of the duties you will perform:

• • Greet parts customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• • Offer appropriate advice on parts and accessories.
• • Handle customer concerns tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer’s problem.

• Help create an exceptional customer experience by making the parts purchase experience as pleasant as possible for the customer.

• Assist the customer in determining the right parts for the job.

• Verify orders being picked up to ensure correct quantities and no damage.

• Work directly with the service department to ensure parts are available for completion of work orders.

• Maintain inventory.

• Answer phone inquires

Qualifications:

• Positive, energetic personality

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Parts Advisor mandatory

• Experience with Toyota is an asset but not a must

• Willing and able to take on new tasks

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Class G License with Clean Drivers Abstract

• Ability to lift a minimum of 45lbs
