Who we’re looking for?
- Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
- Self-motivated and Results-oriented
- Strong attention to Detail with Excellent follow-through
- Upbeat, Positive, Team-Oriented Nature
- Previous Agriculture, Parts or Service experience is considered an asset.
- Journeyman or Experienced Parts Person with Agriculture experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment an asset.
- Ability to safely lift heavy products, occasionally over 100 lbs.
- A willingness to learn new things and to help out other team members.
In this key role, you will:
- Advise customers in person and over the phone on our parts and rentals.
- Place orders and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Offer your expertise and knowledge on replacement parts, accessories and rentals.
- Create strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
