This is a full-time position. Hours will be from 7:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with one day/week until 6pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am-3pm.

Requirements

• Must have Parts experience
• Able to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders within the guidelines of company policies and procedures and by checking parts availability
• Able to handle incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction in quoting, selling, and providing information to customers, service advisors, and mechanics
• Assisting service advisors with recalls and technical service bulletins
• Sell added value parts as appropriate
• Inventory control
• Automotive electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Experience in an automotive dealership parts environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer background an asset
• PBS experience an asset
• Must be self-motivated
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Journeyman or apprenticing parts technician an asset
