Payroll & HR Administrator Job at Custom Metal Contracting Ltd.
Providing the necessary oversight and support for the Department of Human Resources is vital to our success as an organization. The right candidate will have a strong background in human resources and enjoy working with a variety of people. To be successful, the individual in this role must have a comprehensive understanding of state and federal labor laws, employee benefits and unemployment compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with new employee orientation and training.
- Manage payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Salary: $54,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
