CommuniCare Therapy has been providing home and community care services in the South East and Champlain regions for over 25 years on behalf of the South East Home and Community Care Support Services.

A Physiotherapist Assistant will join a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated and resourceful Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Dietitians and Social Workers and work under the supervision and in collaboration with a Registered Physiotherapist to patients at their place of residence.

We are currently seeking qualified Physiotherapist Assistants to work part time in the following areas:

Brockville, Prescott, Perth, Smiths Falls

An Independent Contractor Physiotherapy Assistant with CommuniCare can expect:

Qualifications:

· Certificate or Diploma in a Physiotherapy Assistant Program from a recognized community college program.

· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

· French language skills preferred and would be considered an asset.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

· Candidates must hold a valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
