Production Hand Lead (Bilingual - SPANISH)
All Equip Repair & Service is looking to hire a Production Lead Hand who speaks English and Spanish for our St.Marys location.
All-Equip Repair & Service has 2 locations to serve you better. One located in Stratford, Ontario and one in St.Marys, Ontario. We have been in business for over 8 years doing maintenance and safeties on transport trucks and trailers. We specialize in collision repair, sandblasting and painting. Our St. Mary's shop also does refurbishing, custom and production build of trailers. We offer permanent full-time, year-round employment, working Monday to Friday, day shift only. We also offer competitive wages based on experience, bi-weekly pay schedule, medical, and dental care benefits and an RRSP plan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Hand will report directly to the Shop Supervisor.
- Ensure the safety of 20+ employees.
- Ensure jobs are being performed properly and efficiently.
- Help out where needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Knowledge of various tools and equipment.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Speak English and Spanish.
- Pay rate will be based on experience.
