Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to organize and oversee the assembly of our medical device. They will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the assembly and the quality of output.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly and testing of our medical product
• Hands-on working with the technicians to assemble and test our medical product
• Plan and organize the production schedules and workflow to ensure they meet the required dateline
• Track and achieve KPI metrics for all Production processes
• Assess production resource requirements
• Develop and continuously analyze budget versus planned forecast and report monthly or as needed
• Develop and support assembly staff through training and coaching
• Ensure Health and Safety policies and regulations are followed
• Ensure of products meet our QMS standards
• Liaison with other departments including Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Sales
• Assist Production staff in problem-solving and on-the-spot Production troubleshooting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of production management or supervisory experience in the medical device industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience working in a quality management system (ISO 13485) an asset

• You will be based in the HealthTech Connex head office located at 13761 96 Ave Avenue, Surrey.
