About the Role:


Graham is hiring a Project Administrator to join our MEG Energy project team near Conklin, Alberta. This is a temporary position for our Turnaround Project scheduled to run from January 2023 to June 2023.


As a key member of the Western Canada Infrastructure team, the Project Administrator is responsible for tracking and coordinating all phases of the project such as bid packages, bid awards, procurement scheduling, deliveries, billing, supplies, and is liaison of communication between field staff, suppliers, vendors, etc. Ensures that goals are met for timeliness, accuracy, quality, and price.


As a Project Administrator at Graham, you will:


  • Provide administrative process and support across all the functions of the organization.
  • Provide document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects.
  • Manage the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
  • Ensure that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Under limited supervision, apply sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work.
  • Resolve questions and problems.
  • May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction.


Qualifications / Experience:

  • BA/BS or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
