A typical day for the Senior Business Analyst
- Liaise between vendors, internal teams, and APS’s clients to support and deliver corporate based programs and projects to support our strategic corporate objectives.
- Interact with various business teams to gather information to develop strategies and business cases.
- Support the organization by organizing and managing projects as required.
- Participate in the Annual Portfolio Planning Process.
- Investigate potential solutions to support improvements in business functions and processes.
- University degree or diploma, with 5+ years of related technical experience
- Proficiency at analyzing and documenting business issues
- Strong Business Analysis and Project Delivery skills
- Collaborative approach to efficiently define, and action required business and project tasks for investigation, documenting, portfolio prioritization, and implementation
- Excellent prioritization and time-management for a busy work environment
- Supportive communication style when working with non-technical users
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining solid communication with your team and clients
