We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented worker to join our busy team part-time. If you enjoy interacting with a wide variety of clients, are skilled in the art of small-talk, and are able to stay calm and composed under pressure, this may be the role for you!
The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, possess a friendly and professional composure, and be an overall positive addition to the Dealership. As well, the selected candidate should be a smiling, friendly face for all customers as they arrive.
Job Requirements includes but not limited to
Answer and direct frequent incoming calls in a professional manner
Assist client inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate contact
Greet visitors promptly while juggling phones and general office upkeep tasks
Ensure office supplies are adequate and in place
Maintain a small cash float and balance it on a daily basis
Keep and maintain driver records and other office records
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

- Rocky Mountain House, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
