The ideal applicant will have excellent listening and speaking abilities as well as an increased awareness of the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant demeanor and friendly attitude toward customers.
• Determine which customers are due refunds or adjustments.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns.
• Address customer complaints and help them reach solutions.
• Record information about customer visits, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Perform data entry tasks when necessary.
• Provide company information to the public.

Chilliwack Mitsubishi is currently looking for a Happy to Help Customer Service Representatives to work full time hours and help our amazing team grow to be one of the most successful dealerships in BC.

This is not a Sales Job - what we are looking for is someone who can show off our New and Used vehicles, go on test drives, help organize the lot, chat with customers about how amazing the New Mitsubishi product is, call, text, email customers on a daily basis while using our most amazing CRM.
