Position Overview

• Responsible for completing the full cycle recruitment process- advertising to onboarding.
• Work collaboratively with various levels of the organization to support MPR’s team-based approach to recruitment.
• Represent MPR at career fairs and industry showcases to promote MPR careers and assist in company branding.
• Liaise with industry contacts, associations, trade groups and educational institutions to promote MPR career opportunities.
• Utilize both Google Suite and Microsoft tools to complete daily tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Post-secondary education, certificate or diploma, in a relevant field (HR Management, Social Science, or Office Administration) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Superior communication skills and professional etiquette, including public speaking in front of large and small audiences.
• A comprehensive understanding of Google Workspace.
• The ability to ensure confidential information is protected and maintained.

• Compensation for this role is based on experience, qualifications and competency, base annual salary range: $87k ‐ $100k.
