Reporting to the Director, Recruitment you will play an integral role in the organization. The ideal candidate will bring creativity but within the confines of our requirements. You excel at meeting deliverables and leading a team to execute to operational needs.
- Manage and facilitate Recruitment, on-boarding, and administration processes in compliance with recruitment standards, company policies, regulatory requirements, and update on any changes.
- Work closely with operational group and lead recruitment team to understand project scope(s), deliverables, provide status updates, and understand risk and mitigation strategies.
- Motivate, lead and develop the Recruitment team to develop engagement, capabilities, and enhance efficiencies in recruitment and onboarding processes and other processes that overlap with recruitment functions.
- Assign and delegate workforce request amongst recruitment team to level load and pivoting team members to assist other areas wherever possible.
- Monitor recruitment team and individual performance regularly and mediate suggestions and recommendations for measurable improvement.
- Coordinate with senior leaders to understand and implement upcoming forecasted needs.
- Champion in driving and delivering on initiatives that optimize recruitment processes, sub processes, and enhance traction for short term and long-term growth strategies in dedicated
- Will train in using Applicant Tracking Systems as well as an understanding of advertising, and related activities that can drive the acquisition and retention process.
- Be an excellent relationship builder and have successfully gained buy-in on business initiatives and recommendations.
- Demonstrate ability to meet high measurement standards for quality, volume, time, and cost.
- The ability to guide, mentor, and train.
- Must be able to organize, manage priorities, and provide reporting accurately to demonstrate output.
