Regional Visual Manager Career Opportunity
Ashley HomeStore is currently seeking a Regional Visual Manager for our British Columbia stores.
As a Regional Visual Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of store-based Visual Merchandising Managers regarding the training and execution of visual presentation standards and new store/decommissioning programs in support of the current business plan.

As the Regional Visual Manager, you will:
Liaise with home office teams to ensure that in store marketing and visual presentation initiatives are aligned with corporate vision
Work with DOM on Product Stories/Overall Lifestyle Flow/Seasonal Plans
Create Mood Boards for Quarterly Direction
Create Floor Plans for all locations to reflect Quarterly direction and Monthly Regionalization (adds/drops)
Be responsible for all Accessories associations - selecting according to SOP and documentation
Collaborate on Square Foot Allocation Analysis
Conduct regular store tours to monitor consistency and execution of visual presentation directives, signage and merchandising standards
Audit store execution of visual presentation standards
Conduct one-on-one sessions with store management teams and Visual Presentation team members on visual presentation strategies, adaptation to concepts etc.
Act as a resource to support all areas of visual presentation-review, communication, execution of merchandising and marketing initiatives; understanding of operational direction, goals and targets; as well as providing an ‘easy shop’ environment that is conducive to generating sales
Review of Before and Afters for all locations and coaching
Conduct floor plan tweaks to correct flow or increase sales
Participate in hiring and training all Merchandising Managers
Cover for missing store level Merchandise Managers
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental design with extensive experience in the field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Previous supervisory experience
Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office products, AutoCAD, ability to learn in house programs
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to travel throughout North America
Travel approximately 60 days per year
