We are currently looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join our team.

Here’s What You’ll Get to Do:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic support in the treatment and management of patients with cardio-respiratory compromise
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement a patient care plan and provide education and support to all involved in the continuum of care
• Work directly with patients and their families to effectively communicate the clients’ respiratory health status and treatment plan
• Conduct Level III sleep studies, educate clients on sleep disordered breathing and provide education training to patients and families on any required equipment.
• Provide leadership and work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure high-quality care and client experience.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Diploma from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• 1 year of experience in a Respiratory Therapy role (preferred)
• Registration with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and College of Alberta Respiratory Therapists (CARTA) with minimum liability insurance
• Professionalism and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player who is highly motivated, self-directed, pro-active and able to take initiative
• An ability to think on your feet, prioritize effectively and change approaches and scheduling based on client needs.

Employment Details:

• Permanent Full Time positions based out of our South Edmonton office are available
• Part Time applications would also be considered.
• Salary: $38.00-$41.00 per hour depending on experience
