Rental house Costumer Service Representative Job at Lenz Rental Inc.
To better serve the film industry’s growing needs, our rental team is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join us in the role of CSR. This is a full-time position located in Ottawa. This position reports to the rental house Manager, CEO and the hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Our full inventory, including an extensive array of camera and support equipment, grows by the day. The team is happiest when they’re prepping with clients to help them get the most out of their fancy new rental with custom-tailored recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and assist them in navigating the building
- Answer incoming calls and help direct them to their appropriate need
- Build quotes for clients with the recommendation of the technician
- Process payment and confirm insurance or any supporting documents from incoming clients
- Reply to emails and direct them to the appropriate resource
- File all documents and maintain records
- Manage the procurement of subrental equipment as required, including confirmation of rental pricing and associated costs with the help of the manager.
- Assist with keeping accurate and up-to-date records in the computer system
- Complete out of office errands (i.e. pick-ups/deliveries).
- Ensure the office area is neat and tidy.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office coordinator/administrative position.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, etc).
- Working knowledge of Rental Works software would be considered an asset.
- Experience working in a camera rental house would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of cameras, lighting and grip equipment would be an asset.
- Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts when needed.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00 per year
