Restaurant Supervisor Job at Turtle Jacks Muskoka Grill
Turtle Jacks Muskoka Grill Stoney Creek, ON
- The Supervisor will be required to address customers' complaints or concerns and to ensure customer service is maintained.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations including front and back of house.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and to maintain first aid certification requirements.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation when required.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures including recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Assist in negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies,
-Assisting in developing, implementing and analyzing budgets, Monitoring revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance,
-Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
-Assisting in the kitchen when short staffed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
