What You'll Do:
Traeger is seeking a Retail Account Manager to join our Field Sales Team. As Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best in class service to your assigned accounts in this territory. This will include creating meaningful face to face partnerships with your key retailers, which will require extensive travel on a weekly basis, so of which will be overnight. You will be held accountable to your sales targets for your region and will be expected to drive revenue and improve the selling experience at each of your retailers. You will be part of a team and will report to the Region's Territory Manager.

In this autonomous and varied role, your time will be spent on the following activities:
- Account management and selling: 10%
- Demonstrations & events: 35%
- Fixtures & POP: 10%
- Training Retailers: 35%
- Marketplace Development: 5%
- Administration: 5%
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in account management or sales
- Bachelor's degree or similar B2B regional/national sales, account management and marketing experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Salesforce experience is preferred, or similar CRM experience
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- MS Office Proficiency
- Detailed oriented with a high level of organization
