Sales Operations Analyst - Mars Wrigley Job at Mars
The Customer Operations Analyst is accountable for reporting & analysis to support the sales team in optimizing sales performance, business reporting, and retail communication. This role will provide support to the account team and have interaction cross functionally to drive action against KPI’s. The business analyst will play a key role in preparing the account team for joint business planning and other customer meetings and interactions.
What are we looking for?
- 1-3 years of industry experience in a sales or analyst environment
- University degree or college diploma in related field
- Preferably advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills
- Customer POS and loyalty data management
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Customer data reporting
- Consumer promotion and loyalty point effectiveness
- Score carding and KPI evaluation
- Publish Periodic Customer Scorecards
- Develop customer meeting preparation and internal updates
- Seasonal sell through monitoring & reporting
- Leverage POS/Nielsen data and provide team with Innovation results and opportunities
- Sales trends, category trends, competitive trends
- Provide retail team with canned reporting – ITWAL and Multi Team
- Provide direction in order to close distribution gaps, sales goals, etc.
- Scrubbing SKU level detail to ensure cascading is accurate
