Job Description and Expectation
Sales Representative
Requirements Interact with customers to drive product sales and knowledge
- Make and meet timelines that are appropriate for the customers
- Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other departments and employees and utilize tools provided to you to ensure the highest level of customer care
- Generate new leads by advertising, communicating and/or meeting with new customers
- Follow up with all customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the product and educate them on referral programs
- Engage in regular meetings with management to ensure effective sales of all products
- Understand how to make products appeal to customers based on environment and current trends

Description Deliver excellent customer service that ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction * Works with customers to determine their individual needs and recommend the correct product to meet their needs
- Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
- Develop and cultivate a strong buying relationship with customers
- Use company literature and available resources to stay up to date on all product features

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Peterborough, ON: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
