Sales Representative for Real Estate Development Company Job at Bayshire Properties

We are a new real estate development company with a portfolio of over 60 projects. Our intention is to expand our inventory of land by acquiring properties in transit-oriented corridors within the Greater Golden Horseshoe.
We are looking to build a team of sales representatives who can help us find more land to purchase and win contracts with landowners to develop their land.
We are currently interested to acquire land in:
- Downtown Toronto, Mid-town Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmondhill, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlinton, Milton
The perfect candidate for this role is someone who likes to interact with people, has an interest for commercial real estate, likes to drive around to locate sites, wants a career that provides flexibility during the day.
Our commissions range from $7000 - $50,000 per transaction.
