SAMSUNG - Technical Support Specialist Job at Premium Retail Services
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll manage, develop, and deliver product service training to Samsung and authorized service partners.

What will you do?
- Manage partnerships with authorized service partners to ensure compliance to service process, requirements, repair quality, and guideline requirements set by HQ.
- Provide product and service support to carrier post-sales teams.
- Monitor and report on post-launch product returns to identify and track any abnormal returns and/or quality issues.
- Conduct technical training one-on-one and in a classroom environment.
- Manage the distribution of service documentation (manuals, user guides, technical bulletins, etc.)
- Generate reports for NAHQ and HQ as required.
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction to internal and external customers.
- Conduct audits as required by Samsung policy.

- Understand the different learning needs of individuals and tailor your communication to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Be a strong, confident communicator (verbal and written).
- Keep a flexible schedule to meet the demand of the programs.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of technologists/electronics diploma.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in testing and repairing wireless devices.
- Solid computer knowledge to set and operate mobile interface software and tools.
- Flexibility in travel required (out of town and local visits to service partner locations).
- Basic knowledge in CDMA/GSM/HSPA/LTE network signaling messaging and data applications (e.g. MMS, SMS).
