L.H. Gray & Son Limited, better known as Gray Ridge Eggs in Ontario, began in 1934 in Ridgetown, Ontario by Lyle and Ina Gray.

General Duties:

· Clean as per written procedure and instructions. Clean at required frequencies.

· Correctly document all required cleaning.

· Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices, policies, and PPE compliances.

· Inform Supervisor of equipment wear or damage.

· Inform Supervisor or HACCP Coordinator of any conditions that could affect food safety.

· Ensure employees are following established HACCP, Biosecurity, Health and Safety procedure.

· Attend training courses as required.

· Perform other duties as needed as directed by supervision or management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum of three (3) months experience in a food manufacturing or sanitation environment would be an asset.

· Previous experience working with chemicals.

· WHMIS, HACCP, First Aid Training would be an asset.

· Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision.

· Ability to read and follow instructions.

· Able to adapt to changes and open to learning new ways to get things done more efficiently and effectively.

· Demonstrates a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with others as part of a team.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling of various objects, handling and gripping of a water nozzle trigger.
