Scheduler Job at Carecorp Seniors Services
CareCorp Senior Services are a trusted company who provide superior healthcare, food and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across BC.
We are looking for a fun, experienced scheduler to join our corporate team.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.
This position is fully remote but the chosen candidate MUST be available to train for a one week period from our corporate office on Robson Street.
Schedule: Rotation Schedule - 4 on, 2 off (0600-1400/ 1400-2200)
Responsibilities
- Maintain the facility master schedule within CareCorp Seniors Services’ scheduling system.
- Update employee schedules within the scheduling system to reflect assigned shifts, incentives, and attendance related events.
- Update employee availability within the scheduling system.
- Schedule relief staff for planned and unplanned staffing vacancies.
- Advise the Human Resources Department of all internal position vacancies and subsequent posting requirements.
- Assist with internal posting procedures as directed.
- Assess staff utilization daily.
- Advise facility management and the Human Resources Department of potential recruitment needs.
- Work in a confidential manner.
Quailifications
- A post secondary diploma or combination of experience and training.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative support role (preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral).
- Cultural education and experience are preferred.
