Senior Homecare By Angels is hiring a multitasking office professional to assist with all aspects of scheduling for clients and employees. Must love seniors and have excellent computer skills and a winning phone persona. We require a multitasking team player to answer phones, schedule care staff, handle filing and be the first point of contact for clients. You will be required to schedule interviews for potential employees with appropriate qualifications. Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for schedules and client information. Maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and referral sources. Must have excellent computer skills and be willing to learn the scheduling program.

The successful candidate will have:

  • drive a dependable vehicle and have a good knowledge of the Edmonton area.
  • a clean criminal record check with the vulnerable persons sector marked.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent English both written and verbal.
  • availability for occasional on call after hours phone duties (mandatory as we are a 24/7 company)
  • 3 professional references
