We are looking for a
Full-Time
security guard who would be interested working for our commercial client. As a security officer at a commercial building, you will primarily control access, perform patrols and offer exceptional customer service. Quality, service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our customers' priorities.
What does a Security Guard in commercial setting do?
- Providing uniformed, physical security to our client and its customers/visitors
- Interior and exterior patrols
- Conducting daily functions of the security unit including access control, and report writing/note taking.
- Performing property inspections and enforce property laws, client rules, and other regulations
- Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
- Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors
- Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork
Qualifications to become a Security Guard ?
- Good verbal and written communication skills English is required; French is an asset
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Strong computer skills
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work Evenings
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
