Seeking Property Manager Job at BC Stays
We are seeking a motivated individual for management of our portfolio of rentals on Vancouver Island. The portfolio consists of approximately 4 properties in Duncan, Crofton, Ladysmith and Lake Cowichan with a total of 40 units. Some of the units are furnished.
Responsibilities:
- Online advertising of rentals
- Showing rentals to prospective tenants
- Rent collections
- Tenant communications
- Scheduling and communications with repairmen, trades, cleaners, etc
- Other duties and responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Self-motivated and ability to self manage
- Strong computer skills
- Problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Duncan, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
