Our client is a Fortune 500 consulting firm running a large project for one of Canada's largest Energy companies. They are seeking to add a Senior QA Analyst to their team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute manual test scenarios
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Catalog and maintain test scenario library
- Present testing results and progress to management team
- Participate meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
- Maintains a test repository and manages knowledge documentation
- Identify opportunities and develop/implement appropriate best practices
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6-8 Years of experience in the Testing/QA field with a passion for quality and a demonstrated track record of continuously improving
- SAP testing experience with basic knowledge preferably in FICO, SD, MM/WM, PP module
- Good to have knowledge in Panaya testing tool
- Good hands-on experience in SAP test planning and execution of documented test conditions either manually or through automated scripts
- Knowledge of industry test tools - include ALM - Application Lifecycle Management, Automation
- Experience executing Functional, , Integration, System, Regression, and End to End testing
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions
