Woody’s Abbotsford our newest and biggest dealership is adding full-time RV Service Writers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
- Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and efficient manner
- Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned at a later date:
- Book Appointments
- Open new work orders, accurately recording customer information and requirements
- Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Deal with customer requests and questions in a timely and friendly manner
- Keep customers updated as needed regarding ongoing repairs and offer explanations for work required and/or suggested so that customers can make informed decisions
- Inform customers of upcoming repairs/services required
- Confirm that all work and pricing is approved by the customer prior to work being performed
- Monitor activities at service counter including customer contact, parts shipping and receiving
- Complete various clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, sorting/filing, etc.
- Receiving customer payments
- Monitoring our online text messaging service

- The ideal candidate will have service experience at a RV dealership but other Service Writer experience will be considered. Customer service is our main priority, so remaining professional is always essential.
