Fiscal Talent is looking for an experienced, well-rounded candidate Sourcing Assassin (Senior Recruiter) to join our growing team. The main focus of this role will be to source, screen, and recruit top-level talent. This is a recruitment-focused role, you will spend 100% of your time collaborating with the best candidates in the field and will not be required to do business development. You will work closely with our Recruitment Manager to build a solid talent pool while our business development team takes care of finding clients across Canada & the United States. The ideal candidate is a passionate recruitment professional who is self-motivated and driven by results.

As the new Senior Recruiter, you will be working on a variety of searches, from entry-level to senior-level positions. For companies of all sizes and various industries but specifically for their accounting and finance team.

Location:

Our office is located in Downtown Vancouver, 5 minutes away from Main St./Science World SkyTrain station. This role can be performed 100% remotely, hybrid, or in-office.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Pay Based On Experience (Base Salary + Commission) **Estimated OTE are $70,000 - $120,000**

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ Years of Full-Cycle Recruitment/Talent Sourcing Experience (specifically looking for Recruitment agency experience, not HR)
  • 1+ Years of Specialized Experience Recruiting in Accounting & Finance.
  • Staffing Industry Experience.
  • A University Degree in Business or a Related Discipline. (An Asset but Not Mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience using various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boards, & Applicant Tracking Systems. (Preferably JobAdder)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant Experience Working On High-Volume Diverse Searches.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment practices; experience building pipelines & sourcing top-performing/qualified candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under tight time constraints and effectively prioritize competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, process orientated with strong attention to detail.

Sample Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles including conducting interviews & offer negotiations.
  • Develop relationships with hiring leads in multiple industries & cities; act as their go-to talent acquisition expert.
  • Utilize industry knowledge of recruiting sources and implement strategies to find quality candidates
  • Create well-written candidate profiles & job descriptions that communicate the requirements/expectations of open positions.
  • Actively network & collaborate with associations, social networks, and industry talent to build an open-ended network of active/passive candidates.
  • Lead assessments & interviews (for assigned roles) with qualified candidates, ensuring selected candidates possess the required qualifications & cultural nuances to align with business needs.
  • Work closely with the recruitment & business development team to ensure streamlined, high-quality services are provided to candidates and clients.
  • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of the ATS system to ensure the recruitment process moves along seamlessly.
  • Manage communications between candidates, clients, and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
  • Participate in career fairs & university events, when needed.
