We are currently hiring a Sr. Coordinator - Field Services for our Prince George office to support our northern BC operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong work-ethic, are self-motivated, and thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment. The role of Sr. Coordinator for Irwin's will combine tasks associated with both recruiting and dispatching The successful candidate will report to the Service Director and will be responsible for :
- Overseeing and managing posting of job ads for field service personnel
- Vettiing applicants and performing in person interviews of field service personnel
- Assisting with internal training and evaluating suitability of candidates that attend
- Assisting with the coordination of field projects including arranging travel and accommodations
The successful applicant will posses:
- 5+ years experience in either a recruitment or dispatch role
- A well established network within the Prince George and Northern BC regions
- Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail are required
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, specifically the ability to conduct a high volume of phone and in person interviews
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while be able to adapt to quick changes in the requirements is required.
- Must be able to travel occassionally to conduct interviews and administer internal training
- Experience with industrial service workers (labourers, attendants, safety and rescue personnel) is a definite asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $85,000.00 per year
