The successful candidate will be required to act as Store Manager and report weekly to the owner group. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and responsible individual to manage and lead our well established team. We specialize in retail sales, single family homes, and commercial projects.

Store Manager is responsible for the overall store sales results and daily management of the Sales Team and business operations in general.

Specific Skills:

Flooring Sales, Project Management and General Manager experience.

Positive attitude with a friendly and welcoming energy

Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on time and with accuracy

Strong organizational and computer skills

Experience working with Outlook, Excel, and Flooring specific OMS

Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operational duties such as managing Sales Team (staff schedule, Sales Goals and Team meetings)

Reporting and providing project status updates to the Company Owner

Motivate others through a positive attitude

Experience in retail sales and supervision is absolutely required

Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Servicing existing business accounts and retail sales customers

Project estimating, quoting and project management

Monitor sales performance of individual sales team members

Coordinating and managing installation teams

Performing site visits to ensure quality of workmanship
