We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual to work as the Supervisor. This new employee will be working alone as well as in a team setting, and so they must be able to work well with others and be self-motivated to do what the store needs.

The Supervisor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• All Store Clerk duties

• Run shifts to ensure day to day deadlines are met;

• Ensure all staff are following Company Policies & Procedures;

• Delegate tasks to team members;

• Follow-up to ensure team has completed the required tasks for their shift; • Daily paperwork;

• Finding other staff members to over shifts in the event of sickness or other absence;

• Receive & check incoming stock;

• Inventory counts as directed;

• Listen and respond to customer complaints (escalating complaint to Store Manager if necessary);

• Take responsibility for your shift and ensure all shift tasks are completed

• Training new & existing employees;

• Other duties are directed.

• Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Demonstrate ability to work on till with minor or no cash outages

• Demonstrate ability to complete daily and till paperwork

• Demonstrated ability to delegate and lead one to four people at a time

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Retail Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
• Cash Handling: 1 year (preferred)
