Supply Chain Planning Analyst

We also manufacture private label diapers and training pants for North American retailers.


The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will be based out of Dieppe, New Brunswick (100 Midland Drive, E1A 7G9). Reporting to Director Corporate Planning, the Supply Chain Planning Analyst supports and drives ongoing improvements to Supply Chain Planning systems and processes. The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will lead initiatives to drive efficiencies and improve overall integration of Supply Chain Planning technology. This is a permanent, full-time position. The primary language of work is English.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems etc).
  • BI/Analytics Certification would be an asset
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards, Cognos Report Studio & Powerplay/cubes
  • Competent/comfortable managing large sets of data (manipulation, creating logic, table joins, data types)
  • Ability to work successfully with various business users/functional areas and knowledge of applicable data
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills

The main duties/responsibilities of this role include:


Lead projects to improve Supply Chain Planning process and technology

  • Involve cross-functional teams, leading change
  • Process mapping and documentation

Provide analytic support to Supply Chain Planning Team

  • Building solutions (leveraging Excel and other tools)
  • Leveraging BI group and other teams to help drive automation

Identify areas for systems/process improvements

  • Research best practices
  • Survey Supply Chain Planning Team needs

Support projects for future technology upgrades

  • Document needs and identify gaps
