We’re looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to join our growing company and play a key role in our customer experience by ensuring each purchase ends in a smile!


Job Description


As the Supply Chain Transformation Associate, your skills in retail supply chain planning, transportation, distribution, and warehouse management, as well as your experience in advanced planning, TMS, and WMS systems will be critical to your success in this role.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to transform our supply chain operations, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with our Supply Chain and Operations teams to identify opportunities to optimize the supply chain, from planning to receiving, while staying true to our company's values of caring, winning, dreaming, and delivering.
  • Design an advanced planning processes and systems to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve product availability, while minimizing costs.
  • Implement and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to optimize transportation networks, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery.
  • Optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize warehouse operations, reduce costs, and improve order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support the implementation of new processes and technologies, while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the supply chain industry, while always dreaming big and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Collaborate with other supply chain professionals to align supply chain transformation initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of caring, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications


The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

  • Bachelor's in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ of experience in retail supply chain planning, transportation, distribution, and warehouse management, with a focus on process design and technology implementation.
  • Ability to flex from process design to technology implementation is a must. An individual who is not scared to roll their sleeves up and dig deep into data and systems is preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing supply chain solutions that leverage technology to drive efficiency and cost savings, while embodying our company's values of caring, winning, dreaming, and delivering.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with advanced planning, TMS, and WMS systems, as well as other supply chain technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, while fostering a culture of caring, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Passion for driving change and innovation in the supply chain industry through technology, while always dreaming big and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
