Take-Out/Off-Premise Worker

You create a lasting impression our Guests have of our Brand. You are responsible for bringing the Chalet Hospitality to life with your attention to detail and multitasking, ensuring every Guest order is complete and is just what the Guest ordered. You directly influence our speed of service by efficiently packaging Guest orders and deliver our service standards with pride.

We are actively searching for Take-out/Off-Premise/Harvey's Worker for our Swiss Chalet and Harvey's restaurant in Burlington on Fairview and Guelph Line.

The Cashier is responsible for completing sales transactions within the establishment and performing other support functions which may include cleaning the food, display and/or stock areas and assisting with stocking activities; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager.

Operates a cash register and receives payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately counts and provides change to customers as required, and follows all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
Maintains a solid knowledge of products and services available in unit
Cleans and stocks work area
Assists in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions and operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing

• Deliver Perfect Guest Experience by ensuring food quality is at the highest standards of Harvey's established food quality and plating specifications
• The successful candidate is expected to be a leader in demonstrating behaviours consistent with Recipe Unlimited Corporation's (previously known as Cara) Principles

Salary: From $15.50 per hour
