Our client is looking to hire a Technical Sales Representative for their medium-sized industrial instrumentation manufacturing company. They are expanding their business and are looking for someone who is looking for both personal and broader growth within their organization. This will be a great opportunity to utilize your collection of knowledge, skills and experience to fulfill dynamic and hands-on responsibilities in customer service backed by a solid and continually expanding practical and technical understanding of their customizable product line.

Responsibilities:

· Work with technical and assembly staff to ensure all feedback from customers is fed back into the manufacturing cycle, existing product improvements and new product development.

· Work closely with Marketing to create impactful, customer- centric promotional and informational content

· Handle customer and re-seller inquires about products., services and customized solutions, providing support for new and existing customers

· Liaise with suppliers and internal manufacturing to ensure customer order time frames are met

Qualifications:

· College or University degree in a business or technical discipline or relevant career experience

· Some knowledge of basic aspects of instrumentation/technical/engineering principles

· Understanding of revenue, costs and profits

· Experience in technical sales an asset but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, active listening skills.
