This is a terrific position for a recent or future graduate!
In your day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Diagnose complex programming problems
- Respond to support inquiries via phone, chat, email
- Contribute to in-house development projects
- Develop and publish knowledge base articles
- Build 'proof of concept' applications
- Assist developers with design decisions
- Develop creative alternatives to meet customer needs
- Diagnose and contribute code to our commercial software applications
- Contribute to web application projects with our professional services team
- Evaluate and assess fitness of pre-release commercial applications
What you should have:
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL and PHP
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and ‘get things done'
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Bonus having experience in: Kubernetes, Java, .Net, Node
