Must live in the Belleville area this is NOT A Work at home position.
We are growing our team of Technical Support Advisors. This is a great opportunity for you to build a Technical Support career.
What will you do in this role?
As a Technical Support Advisor on our new line of business at Concentrix, you will:
- Taking voice Calls
- Billing assistance
- Answering inquires
- Building a positive customer experience
- Technical troubleshooting
Who You Are:
As a Technical Support Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
- Customer service experience
- Background in Banking, invoicing accounts receivable would be an asset
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve customer issue
- Open availability to work weekdays between the hours of 9am-9pm EST, and weekends 9am-6pm

- Awesome wage $18.75 with a shift differential of $1 per hour on weekends ($19.75/hr)
