WHAT’S THE JOB?

Marek Hospitality is a Canadian company that specializes in providing food services in Healthcare dining. Our teams of culinary and hospitality professionals share a passion for great food and service. We celebrate culinary achievement, encourage creativity and challenge and reward our people for outstanding work. We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to work at our Tim Hortons location. This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff. The schedule for this role would include evenings and weekends.

The position will...

  • Learn and become skilled in Tim Horton's beverage and food stations
  • Complete Tim Horton training modules
  • Maintain speed of service standards
  • Cross-trained to work in the Marek Café while assisting the other areas of the unit
  • Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
  • Responsible for cash handling and cash register
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting an environment that strives to create exceptional culinary experiences

Qualifications


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The competencies and qualifications needed...

  • Available Weekend (Saturday and Sunday required)
  • Previous experience working in a Tim Horton's or another fast pace food service establishment
  • Able to communicate well in written and verbal English
  • Experience as a cashier, cash handling and cash management.
