Our team is looking for UI/UX Designer to join our team in building next-generation microservice-based enterprise applications. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work with agile teams with Backend and Front End developers, Product Owners, and QA engineers. You will mainly work with Product Owners to prepare the Front End work for web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting digital experiences for web responsive and mobile native apps

• Creating user flows for web and mobile apps.
• Managing style guide
• Writing UX documentation and guidelines.
• Collaboration with Product owners to prepare the Front End Designs
• Drive user research activities such as user interviews, usability studies, user data analysis, and user testing

• Managing user research questionnaires
• Carrying out internal audits of the system to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Strong experience in designing for apps as well as web – all with a strong focus on user experience

• Expert proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Invision
• Strong understanding of best practices in UI/UX design
• Excellent knowledge of modern web standards, as well as being capable of bringing concepts to life
• Knowledge of standards and best practices for iOS, Android, and Web
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
