User Experience Designer

Position Highlights

The User Experience team is hiring two UX Designers to support the customer and user insights to inform design requirements

on various channel platforms.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conducts user experience research, including user testing, qualitative and quantitative studies, to understand behaviours,
perceptions and expectations, to inform experience requirements.

  • Consolidates, synthesizes and interprets results of research to provide actionable design recommendations to business
stakeholders.

  • Works with internal stakeholders to create high-level conceptual designs to articulate business vision, as it relates to the overall
customer experience.

Uses discipline specific tools and approaches to support the visualization of desired customer interactions and experiences

(e.g., low and high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, process flows and customer journey maps). Ensures a consistent

user experience across all services and channels.

  • Provides analyses of user behaviors and trends to measure success of customer-facing services, including actionable
recommendations to consider for implementation in future.

Position Requirements

The above requirements would typically be met through completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field plus 2-5

years of progressively responsible experience in the field of user experience.
