Schomberg Veterinary Services, Schomberg, ON is looking for a full-time cheerful Receptionist to join our team!
We are a busy independently-owned practice, looking for someone passionate to join our team!
The ideal applicant is hard-working, approachable, friendly, easy-going and has a customer service mindset. We are happy to provide hands-on training for the right candidate, who does not have veterinary experience and would like to join our awesome industry!
The job requirements will be, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments
- Providing top-notch customer service through phone calls, texting, email and in-person
- Managing follow-ups, reminders, mass emails and loyalty program
- An organized individual, who likes to multi-task and help people and their pets
- Booking medical appointments and surgeries appropriately
- Triaging medical cases and prioritizing appointments on the schedule
- Basic preventative, vaccine, and medical terminology
- Going above and beyond with customer service for our clients
- 40 hours/week
