Inovata Foods Corp. is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to work at our Edmonton, Alberta location. Located in Edmonton, Alberta with a partnered facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Inovata Foods is a major producer of high-quality frozen meals for prominent clients throughout North America.

• SHIFT 1: You will work 4 days per week Wednesday to Saturday for 10 1/2 hours. Start time will be 5AM.
• SHIFT 2: You will work as a 'floater' covering leaves and busy periods, this will be a full time role but flexible in hours.
  • From January - April you will work day shift Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat at 7am to cover a current LOA
  • Following this you will work various shifts

Starting rate is $25.55 with an increase at 3 months.

General Responsibilities:

• Complete all shipping and receiving duties
• Safely operate a reach truck, forklift and pallet jack
  
• Maintain detailed reports for the transfer of goods
• Stage ingredients for production line and various departments
• Assist with all warehouse duties as required
• Stack meat with other team members (lift up to 60 pounds)

Qualifications

• Must have Reach Truck Certification and/or experience (if a suitable candidate can not be found we will be willing to train the right candidate wanting to learn)
• Must have valid Forklift Certification (if a suitable candidate can not be found we will be willing to train the right candidate wanting to learn)
  
• Experience working in a warehouse environment with receiving and shipping
• Experience in a manufacturing facility considered an asset
• Attention to detail and an eye for a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
