Warehouse Team Lead - Night Shift, Morning Shift
Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist with the supervisor with the activities of the Order Pickers team in order to meet productivity requirements and quality standards.
Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating and manage discrepancies when necessary.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities when necessary, with other units.
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Manage and maintain all required paperwork and records for reporting and tracking.
Assist with the training staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.
Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations.
Identify and report, potential safety hazards to supervisor
Read work orders, assemble customer orders from stock, and place orders on pallets.
Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating and report discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
Prepare orders for shipment and move orders to the staging area for shipment.
Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
Operate all warehouse equipment in a safe manner to move product, follow all safe work policies and procedures and work to maintain a clean warehouse environment.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Pay is $23/hr!
