We are currently recruiting for the following excellent Weld Technician opportunity for our client for their location near London, ON:
Position: Weld Technician
Location: London, ON area
Salary: $31 - $33.50/hr
Shift: 3 Shift Rotation (every 2 weeks)
Industry: Automotive
Duration: Full-time/permanent role
Position Overview:
- Post-secondary education – completion of Welding Technologist/Technician Course
- Some experience with manual Gas Metal Arc Welding
- Practical experience with industrial robots.
- Understanding of PPAP requirements is an asset
- Troubleshoot Weld Systems and Robotic Equipment to resolve welding related issues
- Generate and upkeep of welding-related documentation, and audit as required
- Use technical understanding of the welding processes and weld quality standards to ensure that weld quality is being upheld to customer requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $31.00-$33.50 per hour
