Our client is seeking a staff accountant.
The Role:
The Role:
- Administer QuickBooks to post real time financial transactions for global entities.
- Manage Accounts Payable by country. US, Australia, and UK.
- Create projects, manage time and expenses through Big Time platform.
- Process monthly expenses through a variety of platforms.
- Perform reconciliation of timecards, to ensure proper billing to clients.
- Other back-office duties as assigned.
- Process applicable country filings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Bachelors' degree or higher in accounting.
- 3+ years' experience using QuickBooks.
- 3+ years of experience with Global accounting practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing foreign currency transactions.
- Experience with time and expense keeping platform.
- Working knowledge of financial accounting and GAAP concepts.
- Knowledge and experience processing Global country and tax filings.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and successfully prioritize multiple projects at one time.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience building and fostering relationships with a remote workforce.
