Hunter Ford is actively seeking a Jr Accounting Assistant to join our team. If you are knowledgeable, professional, have a positive attitude and want to work with a great team, we want to hear from you. Our perfect candidate will join us and work closely with our accounting team as a support with daily tasks. This role is an entry position, we are looking for someone who is interested in growing with our Dealership. The possibilities are endless!
· You are someone who is a quick learner, creative business thinker and possess a high degree of integrity
· Must me confident, hands-on self-starter
· You are a pro at multi tasking and shifting priorities
· You have strong communication skills with management team as well as staff and co-workers. We need a team player!
Your main job will be to support our accounting team on a day-to-day basis:
· Process accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner
· Prepare and issue AR billing and follow-up with collection if needed
· Prepare cheque runs for assigned vendors
· Process credit card payments, matching receipts to statements
· Support with deals, invoices and filing
