Administrative Assistant Job at Vinyl Sound
Vinyl Sound is an audio store with a passion for mastering the art of reproducing music through high fidelity audio and sound production and with the highest quality equipment. Our goal is to provide positive experiences and satisfaction for each of our valued customers, by sharing our knowledge and expertise. Vinyl Sound is an authorized reseller for some of the world’s best audio equipment, including Harbeth, Accuphase, Technics, Primaluna, and more.
We are looking for someone to handle administrative duties remotely.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer all phone calls
- Respond to all emails
- Order products from distributors
- Respond to website chat messages
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma is required, and a post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Highly enthusiastic and passionate about music, pure audio, and sound quality
- Experience working with customers and making product recommendations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer Savvy
- Fluent in English
Administrative Experience: 1 Year minimum Customer Service: 1 Year minimum
This position is fully remote. Must have a phone and computer (with access to high speed internet) Job Type: Fixed term contract - Full Time (7 days a week)
